Dataset

AFM Image maps and force-distance curves recorded at different relative humidities for both 1L-MoS2/SiO2 and SiO2 including metadata and AFM parameters. The measurements on the monolayer show an increased lifting effect at higher relative humidities. The interactions and effects due to an increase of humidity are explained in the article: 10.1088/2515-7639/adaaa1
