Supporting data and sample post-processing routines to reproduce the 1D and 2D results obtained in Chapter 3 of the dissertation from A. Porcarelli. For the 2D results, the OpenFOAM solver is provided together with a sample case folder. Part of the Chapter is published in Porcarelli et al. international journal of hydrogen energy 49 (2024): 413-431.
