Collection

The collection contains raw data and scripts to recreate result figures in Chapters 3, 4, and 5 of the PhD thesis.

Chapter 3 describes the effects of soft encapsulation on the receive performance of PMUTs for implantable devices.

Chapter 4 describes development, functional evaluation, and performance characterization of the proposed MEMTA device.

Chapter 5 describes the design and fabrication processes as well as a preliminary characterization of the proposed concept.
