These are the codes underlying the publication: "Hybrid Quantum Repeaters with Ensemble-based Quantum Memories and Single-spin Photon Transducers". It consists of three parts: (1) Relative Clebsch-Gordan coefficients calculation (in Python), (2) Rb atomic quantum system evolution simulation and entanglement generation assessment (in MATLAB), and (3) Rb-Tm repeater chain performance simulation (in MATLAB).
