Henry Antony Martin is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Microelectronics from the Delft University of Technology (TUD) since April 2021. His research activities collaborate with Chip Integration Technology Center (CITC), a joint innovation center from TUD and TNO. He received his B.Tech Mechanical Engineering degree in 2016. Later, he worked as a Design Engineer for two years. He pursued M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and graduated in 2020. His current research focuses on Semiconductor packaging, power electronics testing and characterization, and integrated thermal management approaches.
