The data and calculation of emergency material inventory routing problem during covid-19 pandemic

These data are used to validate the emergency material inventory routing problem（EMIRP） model and fall within the category of empirical research. And these data are presented according to the inventory routing problem(IRP) data provided by Archetti et al.(2007) to adapted to the EMIRP model.
