Dataset containing both, field data and model results (generated by Delft3D morphodynamic model), supporting the publication ‘Morphodynamic feedback loops control stable fringing flats’. The datasets supporting Figure 1-5 contain field data: Figure 1&2 contains data from Rijkswaterstaat (RTK and `vaklodingen’ datasets). The local bathymetry data on the Kapellebank was measured by` Shore Monitoring Research’. The model input file.dep (‘Figure 4’ directory) was constructed from both sources. Figures 5-15 contain model data (generated by the Delft3D morphodynamic model that is available in the directory ‘Figure 4’).
