%X <p>This repository contains the programs needed to estimate Doppler Moments of an extended target like precipitation when observed with a weather Doppler radar using the proposed approach in [1] (Parametric Spectrum Estimator (PSE)). This repository is based on simulated radar echoes. This repository shows an example statistical analysis of PSE with a parameter sweep and compares it with the state-of-the-art techniques.&nbsp;The details can be found in the README file of the software package.</p>
