Design (Chapter 4) - In this folder, all the experimental data regarding the manuscript "Design of a Microfluidic Mixer Channel: First Steps into Creating a Fluorescent Dye-based Biosensor for mAb Aggregate Detection" (Chapter 4 of PhD thesis) can be found.
The experimental data obtained from image analysis related to the determination of the mixing efficiency of the designed micromixer channel can be found in the excel file Data File_Design: for the validation with colour dyes and with FITC-IgG.

Application (Chapter 5)- All the experimental data regarding the manuscript "Application of a Fluorescent Dye-based Microfluidic Sensor for Real-time Detection of mAb Aggregates" (Chapter 5 of PhD thesis) is here.
Regarding the characterization of aggregates, Figure 5.S1 and Table 5.3, the data can be found in the excel file Data File_Application, sheets DLS and HIC.
For the HT for Fluorescent Dyes, Figure 5.2, the data of the experiment is described in the excel file Data File_Application, sheets BIS-ANS_HT, CCVJ_HT, Nile Red_HT and ThT_HT.
Regarding the tests conducted in the UV, Figure 5.3 and 5.4, the data of the experiment is described in the excel file Data File_Application, sheets BIS-ANS_UV, CCVJ_UV, Nile Red_UV and ThT_UV.
Finally, the chromatographic run of the validation of the micromixer in a AKTA system, Figure 5.5, can be found in the excel file Data File_Application, sheet Validation AEX. The SEC-UPLC results, Table 5.4, obtained for both samples collected are also here (sheets UPLC for Eluate and FT).

Validation (Chapter 6) - Finally, the experimental data regarding the manuscript "Real-time Detection of mAb Aggregates in an Integrated Downstream Process" (Chapter 6 of PhD thesis) can be found here.
The optimization experiments performed before-hand to achieve the best conditions for eliminating aggregates, Figure 6.3, are in the excel file Data File_Validation, sheets CEX Batch and AEX Batch. The SEC-UPLC results obtained, Table 6.3, for each sample collected in this optimization are also in the excel file, sheets UPLC_Initial Sample, UPLC_VI, UPLC_CEX Eluate, UPLC_AEX FT and UPLC_AEX Eluate.
The data regarding the experimental run with CCVJ, Figure 6.4, can be found in the excel file Data File_Validation, sheet CCVJ. The SEC results for each sample collected, Table 6.3, are also in the same excel file, sheets UPLC_Initial Sample CCVJ, UPLC_CEX Eluate CCVJ and UPLC_AEX FT CCVJ.
The data regarding the experimental run with Bis_ANS, Figure 6.5, can be found in the excel file Data File_Validation, sheet Bis-ANS. The SEC results for each sample collected, Table 6.3, are also in the same excel file, sheets UPLC_Initial Sample Bis-ANS, UPLC_CEX Eluate Bis-ANS and UPLC_AEX FT Bis_ANS.

For the experimental conditions and methods, more information can be found in the PhD thesis.
