FILE EXPLANATION:

* ESM_1 Syngas Fermentation Dataset.xlsx
Microsoft Excel Worksheet made in Microsoft Office 365
This file contains the obtained literature and reconciled data. The following sheets are included:
•	Emat: The elemental matrix used for reconciliation
•	Standard values: Standards values used through the Excel file
•	Data: The experimental dataset, with in orange calculated values and in yellow assumed standard deviations
•	Concentrations Val2017: Concentrations from [1] extracted from Figure 1
•	Reconciled gas outflow: The reconciled gas outflow and gas outflow composition
•	Reconciled rates (mmol): The reconciled biomass specific rates (in mmol/(mmol h)) and liquid flow rates. The sheet contains the electron and carbon recoveries before and after reconciliation and for all rates the experimental rate (+ standard deviation) and reconciled rate (+ standard deviation).
•	Reconciled rates (grams): The reconciled biomass specific rates (in mmol/(g h)) and liquid flow rates. The sheet contains the electron and carbon recoveries before and after reconciliation and for all rates the experimental rate (+ standard deviation) and reconciled rate (+ standard deviation).
•	GL Mass Transfer: The volumetric mass transfer coefficients and dissolved gas concentrations
•	Offgas Val2017, Val2018, deLima: The offgas composition for [1], [2] and [3] obtained through personal correspondence with Kaspar Valgepea.
