InitialCharacterization:

Here is the raw data of the initial characterization collected.
The initial characterization consisted of 3 JV measurements (LIV), Maximum-Power-Point Tracking (MPPT) on one cell per substrate, and dark IV measurements (DIV). Additionally, an initial Reverse Bias (RB)-JV measurement was performed.
The measurement parameters can be found in the experimental section in the corresponding publication.
The raw data of the LIV and DIV measurements consists of .dat files with the voltage (in V) and the current density (in mA/cm2) of cell 1 to cell 4 of each substrate. In the case of the MPPT measurements, the raw data is presented in the form of .MPP files. They contain columns with time (in s), MPP current density (in mA/cm2), MPP voltage (in V), and the MPP PCE (in %).

RB_Sweep_w_Illumination:

This is the raw data underlying the main experiment of this publication: Voltage sweeps that reach into the reverse bias regime with added low-intensity illumination (Voltage Sweep Experiment). For each sample cell and scan rate, there are 15 text files with the raw data of the successive RB-JV measurements. The first and the other uneven measurements were performed in darkness; the measurements with even numbers were done with illumination whose intensity increased from measurement-to-measurement. Every text file contains the voltage (in V), time (in s), and current (in A).

Quasi_StSt:

This is the raw data underlying the quasi-steady state measurements where a fixed current was injected and, after stabilization, illumination was added. The data is in the form of text files that contain time (in s), the voltage (in V), a corrected time (in s), a index number, the current (in A), and the current range.

Pre-Conditioning:
This is the data of the modified Voltage Sweep Experiment with a pre-conditioning step. Beyond the modifications, the measurements were the same; therefore, the data is structured in the same way as in RB-Sweep_w_Illumination.
