***General Introduction***
This dataset contains hydroclimate, land-use and population data for the Beas-Sutlej Basin, Indian Himalaya, India.

***Description of the data in this data set***

Meterological Data

pr_ stand for precipitation variable in mm
tas_ stand for mean temperature in o^C
tasmax_ stand for maximum temperature in o^C
tasmin_ stand for minimum temperature in o^C
RCP8.5_ stand for Representative Concentration Pathway in 8.5 radiative forcing
MidCent_ stand for mid-century
EndCent_ stand for end-century
basin_ stand for upstream of the Himalayan catchment
commond_ stand for downstream of Himalayan catchment, where includes of the States of Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan

Demand_Supply
Data contain annual irrigation water demand and supply as simulated by WEAP for the basin from 2001-2007.

Land_Use_Change_Data
Data contain the result of analaysis for land use furture projections based on coupled Markov Chain and Artificial Neural network.

Pong_Bhakra_Data
Data contain monthly inflow and release data (x 10^6 m^3) for Pong and Bhakra reservoirs during 2000-2012.

Population_projection
Data contain future population projections in the mid- and end-century for both SSP1 and SSP3 socio-economic scenarios.
