***General Introduction***
This dataset contains the data underlying figures in the publication "Unfavorable Interactions Enhance Vapor Absorption in Mixed Polymer Brushes". This data was gathered as part of the MSc thesis work of Leon Smook in the context of the research programme "Mechanics of Moist Brushes" with project number OCENW.KLEIN.020.

This data has been made public to aid other researchers to re-evaluate this work and to use this data and methodology in their own work.

***Structure of data set***
The data set contains three files: one for each figure. In all files: units are reduced Lennard-Jones Units as defined in LAMMPS.

#Figure1.txt
General structure:
header with brush type
y coordinate | z coordinate | amount of absorbed vapor

#Figure2.txt
General structure:
Enhanced Absorption
header with brush type
cross-interaction strength | change in absorption

Ratio of Absorption
cross-interaction strength | ratio of absorption in mixed and striped brush

Ratio of Surface Area
cross-interaction strength | ratio of interfacial area in mixed and striped brush

#Figure3.txt
Absorption per Area
header with brush type
Relative Pressure | Absorption per brush area

Enhanced Absorption
header with brush type
cross-interaction strength | change in absorption

***Methodology***
The data in this set has been generated based in simulations using LAMMPS v.30 Jun 2020. The simulation output has been processed in MATLAB and the results are represented in the Figures in the publications and the files in this dataset.
