** Proton Density Fat Fraction of the Spinal Column: An MRI Cadaver Study - processed data **

** Description of the data in this dataset: **
The dataset contains one .mat file per cadaver, containing the extracted PDFF values
for the mid-sagittal slices plus three respective adjacent slices on each side.
PDFF was calculated as:
PDFF [%] = F/(F+W)*100
with F = fat signal and W = water signal from the respective MRI scan.
The files follow the nomenclature system: cadX.mat
with X = the cadaver number (from 1 to 6).
Each file contains a Matlab cell array of 1x5 cells.
Cell 1 contains data for cortical bone (ROI 0).
Cell 2 contains data for PCZ 1 (ROI 1).
Cell 3 contains data for PCZ 2 (ROI 2).
Cell 4 contains data for PCZ 3 (ROI 3).
Cell 5 contains data for cancellous bone (ROI 4).
Each of the 5 cells contains another cell array of 22x1 cells.
Each of the 22 cells contains pixel data for one vertebra, from L5 (cell 1) to C3 (cell 22).
