### model_data directory
This directory contains the grid variables, the mean U and V velocity and the mean EKE field (in .mat format) that have been used to create figure 4. 

### particle_data directory
This directory contains 18 netcdf files in which all the particle's time, lon, lat, depth and temperature have been saved. These have been used to create figure 9c-d and figure 10a.
