It is being made public both to act as supplementary data for publications and in order for other researchers to use this data in their own work. The data in this data set was collected in the Laboratory of Electrophysical Effects on Agricultural Objects and Materials of the Federal Scientific Agroengineering Center VIM, between 2019 and 2020. ***Purpose of the test campaign*** The purpose of these experiments was to investigate the dependence of the level of microbiological contamination of irrigation water and the content of nitrogen compounds in it on the parameters of electro-hydraulic treatment. ***Test equipment*** All tests were performed on the high-voltage installation with an electro-hydraulic spark gap. The level of hygiene of water and its solutions was measured by EnSURE luminometer (Hygiena). The nitrogen compounds in water were measured by ITAN ionomer. ***Description of the data in this data set*** The data included in this data set has been organised per specimen: сontent of nitrogen compounds in irrigation water, photos of the еlectro-hydraulic installation and the principle of its operation.
