N2 - <p>The files below contain a guide to conduct semi-structured interviews in order to investigate mechanisms of digital inequality in transport: the barriers that people may face using transport due to digital transformations, how they cope with these barriers and what the consequences are, especially in terms of social inclusion.</p><p><br></p><p>The transcripts of the interviews contain sensitive personal information and could therefore not be included here.</p><p><br></p><p>N=39 interviews were conducted in Dutch with this guide, between 2020 and 2021, among people with a non-western migration background, older adults and people with a lower education level. The latter included people with a mild cognitive impairment and people with lower literacy skills. The document below is just a guide and needs to be adapted to each individual.</p><p><br></p><p>This study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.</p><p>We trialled the interview guide to refine the questions.</p><p><br></p><p>More information about the research and the data can be found in the files below and in the linked paper.</p>
