<p>The Juppyter notebooks contain the code for analyzing and plotting the data, there is one notebook for each figure of the papaer and supplementary. </p>
<p>The scripts used to import the datasets of different kinds are contained in util_scripts, along with some other useful functions for plotting and formatting.</p>
