Repository containing relevant codes and data used to generate the content presented in Chapters 4, 5, and 6 of my thesis entitled "Optimization of Experimental Setups and Readout for Superconducting Qubits." Chapter 4 pertains to the experimental demonstration of flux-pulse-assisted readout of a fluxonium qubit. The codes relevant to Chapter 3 (flux-pulse-assisted readout theory/numerics) which motivate and support the findings of Chapter 4 are publicly available via Github at https://github.com/AndersenQubitLab/FluxPulseAssistedFluxonium. Chapter 5 covers the simulation of optimized single qubit gates with a net-zero flux pulsing scheme for which no experimental data was acquired. Chapter 6 provides information about Eccosorb filter design, assembly, and performance and the design and measurements of a transmon-based sample. Room temperature filter measurement data as well as measurement data of the transmon sample across eight cooldowns is contained here, along with the relevant analysis scripts and simulation files.
