N2 - <div>Electrosurgical knife integrated with optical fibers of a diffused reflectance spectroscopy system was developed for tissue read-out during electrosurgery. </div>Dataset includes optical microscopy and SEM images and EDX measurement from optical fibers which were used closed to the blade of electrosurgical knife during cutting porcine tissue. <div><div>The images show the structural change of the optical fiber and debris attachment to the tip after electrosurgery. </div></div>
