N2 - <p>Data related to the journal article "Acoustic Emission Monitoring of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Composites with Embedded Sensors for In-Situ Damage Identification".</p><p><br></p><p>The data consist of measurements of acoustic emissions during 4pt bending to failure of CFRP coupon specimens. The specimens were pristine or had embedded piezoelectric sensors at either the compressive side or tension side of the bending setup. The data constists out of Vallen .pridb (showing amplitudes, duration and frequency content) and Vallen .tradb data (showing transient signals).</p>
