Each item is rated on a 5-point Likert scale. Each item of the DREEM is scored from 0 to 4 on a response scale(4 = strongly agree, 3 = agree, 2 = unsure, 1 = disagree and 0 = strongly disagree). Nine negatively-worded items (no 4, no8, no9, no17, no25, no35, no39, no48 and no50) were reverse scored. The maximum overall DREEM score was 200. Higher scores reflect better educational environment. The other data collected were included sex, age, education level, occupational cassess, training duration. Education level was categorized into three groups: junior college, technical college and University.Training duration was categorized into two categories including below one year of training and over one year of training.
