Field data is from the lower Rhine and Waal river, the Netherlands. It consists of a brief data description, 5 multibeam echosounder datasets, 3 water surface datasets, the grain size distribution, and various measures river geometry and of hydrologic conditions in 2014-2016. Finally, scripts to calculate river curvature, to transform Cartesian to river coordinates, and to calculate dune geometry from a single profile, are provided. %I 4TU.ResearchData
