Data is organized in different folders (subfolders) representing each figure (panel) of the published paper. Data in Fig1(a) are XRD patterns of PbS nanosheets of different thickness. Spectra in Fig1(b) are obtained with a PerkinElmer Lambda 1050 spectrometer. Mobility data in Fig2 are obtained by optical-pump terahertz-probe spectroscopy. Data in Fig3(a) are effective masse obtained from kp calculations. Data in Fig3(b) are calculated excitonic states while data in Fig3(c) are the obtained fraction of photogenerated excitons for different thickness of the PbS nanosheets.
