%X <p>The datasets represent the raw data collected for the "Incompressible Squeeze-Film Levitation" paper.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The datasets are named according to the following convetion: FluidType_MassNumber_CollectionDate_InputVoltage-V-TrialNumber</p><p><br></p><p>The experiments were conducted for two fluids: air and purified liquid. Three different masses were utilized: 64g, 101g, 122g. up to five trials were collected for each mass-fluid combination.</p><p><br></p><p>Each dataset file consists of 3 columns of data; the first column represents time, the second column represents the measured input vibration ampltiude and the third column represents the measured levitation distance.</p><p><br></p><p>The input vibration is measured from the bottom of the transducer and the ratio between the vibration of the top to the bottom is 2.&nbsp;</p>
