This is a collection of MATLAB codes simulating the quantum evolution of the Rubidium-cavity system. Based on this, we further calculate the performance of the entangled state generation. The code adopts the Rubidium model described in the paper and inputs from the "relative Clebsch-Gordan coefficient calculation" dataset and uses the quantum master equation to calculate the system evolution. This code produces several figures used in the paper.
