%X <p>This data has been used to arrive at the results presented in the paper `Reducing committed emissions of heating towards 2050: Analysis of scenarios for the insulation of buildings and the decarbonisation of electricity generation' from Kaandorp et al. (2022).&nbsp;</p><p>The data is used as input data in a tool called Passive House Planning Package (PHPP).&nbsp;</p><p>The data set is based on two technical reports:</p><p>(1) <a href="https://energiecoach.energieverbonden.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Brochure-Voorbeeldwoningen-2011-bestaande-bouw_compressed-1.pdf" target="_blank">'Voorbeeldwoningen 2011' from Agentschap NL (2011)</a> and&nbsp;</p><p>(2) '<a href="https://www.nieman.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/rapport-standaard-en-streefwaarden-bestaande-woningbouw-nieman-raadgevend-in.pdf" target="_blank">Rapport standaard en streefwaardes bestaande woningbouw' from M.
