This dataset corresponds to Chapter 4 in the dissertation titled "Influence of the Outlet Geometry on Leakage". The influence of the channel outlet on the phenomenon of leakage, where one fluid leaks into the outlet of the other in a microchannel, is studied using the modified Rothman-Keller simulations discussed in Chapter 3 of the corresponding dissertation of Anand Sudha. The files mostly correspond to the images obtained from the simulations, although some data associated with the experiments for one outlet design is also included. A camera attached to the microscope during the microfluidic experiments was used to obtain the images of the experimental results.
