The data comprises s nine-year time series of weekly Road Traffic Collision personal injury counts and Bright White street lamp counts in 132 areas (MSOAs) of the city of Birmingham UK, covering a period Mon. 03 Jan 2005 to Sun. 29 Dec 2013. A full street lamp inventory for the city was made available for research by AMEY plc, who manage street lighting on behalf of Birmingham city council, UK.
