It includes model outputs for 4381 subbasins and river reaches covering the Poland territory and parts of the neighbouring countries from which water drains to Poland. At sub-basin level, the dataset contains average daily water balance components including precipitation total, snowfall, snowmelt, evapotranspiration (actual and potential), surface runoff, percolation, groundwater recharge, groundwater flow, tile flow and water yield (all components in mm/day) and soil water (mm) were included. At reach level it includes average daily streamflow values (m3/s).
