Each dataset contains time-lapse videos for 3 different fluorescent channels (see README file). <br></div><div><br></div><div>The videos were recorded with a framerate of 3/s, at a TIRF microscope with 0.158 um/pixel.</div><div><br></div><div>Data used for "Cross-linkers at growing microtubule ends generate forces that drive actin transport".</div>
