This dataset contains COMSOL simulation files used in the phase-field modeling of silver (Ag) nanoparticle sintering. The simulations investigate the effects of particle size (20–120 nm) and temperature (200–400 °C) on microstructural evolution during the sintering process. Both 2D and 3D models are included and were developed using the General Form PDE Module in COMSOL Multiphysics. The results support the study of size- and temperature-dependent sintering kinetics.
