The present study intended to detect the expression levels of TIPE2 mRNA in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of psoriasis vulgaris patients and analyze the correlation between TIPE2 and other inflammatory cytokines variations in psoriasis vulgaris pathogenesis.
Thirty-three patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 31 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. The mRNA expression of TIPE2, RELA(NF-κb p65), TNF-α, IL-10, IL-6, and IL-1β in PBMCs was determined using RT-qPCR. The severity of psoriasis vulgaris was determined according to the PASI(psoriasis area and severity index) score.
