cff-version: 1.2.0 abstract: "<p>The files below contain a guide to conduct semi-structured interviews in order to investigate mechanisms of digital inequality in transport: the barriers that people may face using transport due to digital transformations, how they cope with these barriers and what the consequences are, especially in terms of social inclusion.</p><p><br></p><p>The transcripts of the interviews contain sensitive personal information and could therefore not be included here.</p><p><br></p><p>N=39 interviews were conducted in Dutch with this guide, between 2020 and 2021, among people with a non-western migration background, older adults and people with a lower education level. The latter included people with a mild cognitive impairment and people with lower literacy skills.
