This dataset consists of survey responses from 238 hotel managers, capturing their perceptions of key organizational capabilities: Innovation Performance (IP), Collaborative Capabilities (CC), Strategic Agility (SA), and Business Evolvability (BE). Each construct is measured using five Likert-scale items (1 = Strongly Disagree to 4 = Strongly Agree), reflecting specific aspects such as innovation processes, collaboration efforts, organizational adaptability, and long-term resilience. The dataset includes calculated averages for each construct, enabling comprehensive analysis of their relationships. This structured data aims to explore how strategic agility mediates the influence of innovation and collaboration on a hotel’s ability to evolve and sustain competitiveness in dynamic market conditions.
