This research explored the reduction reaction using biocatalysts (Old yellow enzymes) on Allene substrates. The results were measured on Gas chromatography and are included here in excel form with chromatograms and calculations labelled per substrate number as indicated in the thesis chapter. Also included are the raw data files of the NMR from the extracted reactions, also numbered as per substrate, in the software MNova (Mestrelab). The kinetic data is provided in the analysis software Igor Pro 7 file (WaveMetrics, Lake Oswego, OR, USA).
