abstract: "<p>This dataset contains medial elbow ultrasound images collected from 15 asymptomatic male baseball pitchers.&nbsp;Three levels of static elbow valgus stress (0N, 50N, 100N) were applied with a TELOS device, before and after repetitive pitching (of 60 to 110 fastballs) and with or without handgrip force.&nbsp;In total of each participant, 24 ultrasound images were collected.</p><p><br></p><p>The zip folder Raw Ultrasound Data contains TIFF images. Please read the ReadMe file to understand the order of the images.</p><p>The zip folder "Preprocessed data" includes the data of the humeroulnar joint gap, the UCL thickness and UCL length.</p><p>The overview .xlsx file contains information from the participants.</p><p><br></p><p>The data is collected by Bart van Trigt &amp; Jeffrey van Goethem</p><p><br></p><p>This dataset is used for the article: The Ulnar Collateral Ligament response to valgus stress, repetitive pitching, and elbow muscle contraction in asymptomatic baseball pitchers ( submitted )</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>"
