abstract: "Data underlying the paper: "Imaging moiré deformation and dynamics in twisted bilayer graphene" (T.A. de Jong et al, 2021).<br>Experimental data was obtained using the Low Energy Electron Microscope ESCHER at Leiden University. (Except for the AFM data, which was recorded using the JPK NanoWizard 3 at Leiden University).<br>The LEEM data in this dataset is processed data, i.e. detector corrected, drift corrected and/or stitched together into an overview.
