This dataset supports the study of mulberry bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum var. mori, a distinct clade within Phylotype I, focusing on its taxonomic status, virulence gradients, and host-specific adaptations. It includes genomic sequences, phenotypic data, and experimental results from multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA), whole-genome sequencing, in vitro virulence assays, pot experiments, electron microscopy, and RT-qPCR for seven mulberry Ralstonia strains (LKqk, LZqk, XCqk, XZqk, YDqk, YLqk, HJqk). The dataset contains raw and processed data, such as genomic annotations, virulence gene profiles, and expression data, stored in spreadsheet (.xlsx), genomic (.fasta), and text (.txt) formats, facilitating research on microbial genomics, plant pathology, and CRISPR-Cas-based biocontrol strategies.
