abstract: "<p>SPSS Data for Preliminary Efficacy of Internet-Delivered Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy in Reducing Stress of Distance Learning Students. To provide evidence of the efficacy of mindfulness-based art therapy, the researcher utilized a quasi-experimental approach, specifically the one-group pretest-posttest design used to analyze the changes. Perceived Stress Scale-10 was used to measure the dependent variable of the study, a standard measurement of stress with superior psychometric properties. The sample comprised distance learning students with moderate and high perceived stress scores, and the participants received three sessions of internet-delivered MBAT guided by an adopted manual.</p>"
