Dataset
This dataset was generated to comfirm that a new constructed anti-CD79b/CD3 bispecific antibody could enhanced T cells or CAR19 T cells cytoxicity to B-cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo. This is a original research by cell and anminal expriment. Most data was collected by flow cytometric analysis, using flowjo V10 to analyse the original fsc file and Graphpad Prism9 to make a graph; SDS-PAGE and Western blot image were took by Tanon-3500 gel imaging system; And other details can be found in the corresponding article. The type of final data includes images ,docx and pdf.
