Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This is the dataset that was used for fingerprinting and reversing the architecture of a Toyota Prius. Fingerprinting is based on the execution of isolated scenarios on the different electronic functions of the Prius. The data is logged in Packet Capture (PCAP) format as well as in .log that can be replayed through the Linux library canutils (SocketCAN). The full details of the work that produced this dataset can be found in the article: "Model-based simulation and threat analysis of in-vehicle networks".
